Shipping & Delivery Policies:

  1. We at Swakalp are committed to delivering to the customers most seamless experience in terms of shipping and delivery. We dispatch products throughout the week except Sundays. We do preshipment quality check before packing and dispatch and ensure the parcel reaches the customer in good condition.
  2. Orders are shipped in 1-3 working days and delivered in 3 to 7 days after Shipment. In all it may take 4 to 9 days to deliver from the date of order. **For customization orders or orders with alteration it will take additional 5 to 7 days.We reserve the right to replace/change/add any other delivery or courier partner and we shall be under no obligation to make any prior intimation in this regard.
  3. In case of any unexpected delays from courier company. Swakalp shall not be responsible for the same. However, we will followup to make sure the parcel reaches you.
  4. Customers are requested to track the parcel until it reaches.
  5. Currently we ship all India and orders will be processed  via our official website/whatsapp/Instagram.
  6. Free Shipping applicable on orders above Rs. 1000.
  7. Shipping charges with be calculated based in pincodes to be delivered. Which will be approximately between Rs. 40 to Rs.150.
  8. Delivery of orders will be done to the address mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of any changes in address kindly send us mail to swakalp.help@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing order.
  9. We expect the customers to make sure that there is some one to collect parcel at the time of delivery.
  10. Customers who book orders to non residential address( office, hotels etc...) are responsible for the coordination with the respective courier collection point or the courier agency. In case of any difficulties in collecting the parcel guidance shall be provided.
  11. Important Note: Generally there will be no calls made by delivery executive. If no one is available at the delivery address during the time of delivery, 1-3 attempts are made for delivery. In case of non availability of customers on al attempts, parcel will be held at nearest delivery hub, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the nearest hub and get the parcel delivered. In case no one has contacted them, the package will be sent back to our address. Such orders can be sent again and customer shall bear the shipping cost.
  12. Customers are requested to fill the complete address with pin code, landmark and proper selection of the state the delivery address belong to.
  13. In case of parcel returned due to non availability/non reachability of customer, we charge the usual shipping charges for reshipping the parcel, applicable to all the cases.
  14. For any delivery related issues,customers shall reach us at swakalp.help@gmail.com or whatsapp 7892062267 along with the full delivery address and order id, stating the issue faced.

 Our policy product received in damaged condition:

We at Swakalp double check the product before packing and ensure there is no manufacturing or packaging defects while dispatching the  orders. However in an unfortunate scenario if the parcel is tampered at the time of delivery we request you not to take the delivery of the product and inform us through the mail to swakalp.help@gmail.com within 24 hrs. The product so returned shall be examined by our quality control team and if there is any defect or there is any manufacturing defect. we shall process the refund within 7 working days. No refunds shall be entertained for any reasons other than mentioned above.
